I wish I had realized sooner that shopping at Sam's actually saved you a lot. In addition to that, the quality of the products is excellent. The pick up makes it even more convenient. I see Californians making the trip all the way here in yuma to shop at Sam's club. Psst, I would too!

IF I COULD GIVE ONE STAR I WOULD, Complaint will be made to cooperate as well just so everyone is aware. Awful customer service, my mother is here with me trying to make a big purchase well before the store closed.. while they gave her problems with a separate situation with refunds taking FOREVER because they couldn’t get things straight I am having to stand outside in the heat while very pregnant and with a 1 year old baby because they closed and locked the door. My mother was clearly standing at the service desk and they wouldn’t even let me and my daughter in to stand with her!!! Instead they made us stand in the heat and my daughter was very upset. I will be canceling my membership with them and never shopping here again because of the lack of care for customers (especially purchasing customers).

Sam's club is a wonderful store were you can walk through use your phone as you pay as you go. No lines. People are friendly, kind, staff is always willing to look things up for you. Lots of smiles, lower prices, great value. God bless everyone who works there.

I was disappointed by the condition of the bathroom! I have been in several Sam's Clubs before and none were this dirty. There was toilet paper on the floor in nearly every stall and the floor was black in front of the sinks. The toilet paper holders were broken. It may be because it is almost New Year's Day or because of the clientele but the filth was shameful n

This review is based on my order pick up experience. Sam’s please train your pick up employees accordingly. I placed an order for pick up on July 1st. When I got home and inspected my items I noticed that the steak that I paid a lot of money for wasn’t even steak, the meat was so thin that it literally looked like carne asada, if I wanted flat steak I would’ve ordered that, I ordered nice thick steak and did not receive that yet I was charged for it. I also ordered strawberries, which arrived nasty and with white mold, another item that I received damaged was a box of pizza rolls which I received squished because the pick up employee had the brilliant idea of putting all the heavy items such as a box of vitamin water on top of the pizza rolls box squishing the pizza rolls inside the box and leaving them saggy and inedible. Such an annoying situation, will not be using the Sam’s pick up service ever again. I’ve picked up from Costco many times without any issues, but sadly Yuma doesn’t have a Costco which is why many of us are stuck purchasing from Sam’s. From now on I will be making the hour drive to Costco and will not renew my current Sam’s membership because this is ridiculous.
